Scott is the President/CEO of National Nail Corp. and founder of the Leadership Summit.  He began his career with Arthur Andersen & Co., advancing to the role of Consulting Partner. Scott joined National Nail in 1997, and under his leadership the company has nearly tripled in size, expanded across the country, and developed a global sourcing and supply chain process. The company is now 100% employee-owned, and Scott continues to build the culture and leadership team.  Scott is also the founder of His Barn Ministries.

Jeff has served as Senior Teaching Pastor of Ada Bible Church for over 25 years.  Jeff has a passion for communicating the scriptures in a clear and relevant way, and has been blessed to be a part of helping Ada Bible Church become a vibrant and growing ministry from 20 attendees to over 6,000.  He recently authored The Land Between.  He and his wife, Chris, have three adult children.

Matt is the Director of Organizational Development for National Nail Corp. He has over 20 years experience as a business consultant, church planter and campus minister. Matt has a passion to develop high caliber leaders within the church and the marketplace. He is a frequent speaker at leadership conferences.  Matt resides in Byron Center with his wife, Beth, and their four children.
