The BETWEEN. It speaks to the place many leaders find themselves these days – feeling stuck between the longed-for days of the past, and hoped-for better days ahead. The challenges of being BETWEEN can cause leader to wonder: do I really believe there is a better day ahead, and if so, am I the one that will lead us there?

The BETWEEN is an emotionally, spiritually, financially and physically hard place to lead from. The Summit explores the heart of the leader, and provides insight on how to assess the lay of the land and address the challenges that exist when traversing The BETWEEN. The Summit addresses managing conflict, and underscores the need to develop the next generation of leaders. Finally, the Summit offers guidance for action steps to assist you in moving yourself and your organization from The BETWEEN.

The Summit provides participants an interactive learning experience, inviting participation through a discussion panel and team activities.  It is about leaders helping leaders, and a wonderful opportunity to meet and connect with others on a similar path.

THE 2011 LEADERSHIP SUMMIT will be hosted May 18 at the Amway Grand Plaza in Grand Rapids, Michigan from 8:30am to 4:30pm.  Sign-in begins at 7:30am. Please register and make payment online prior to the Summit. Click the REGISTER tab above and complete all registrant and payment information.  Please include the names, titles and addresses of those attending.  Online registration closes Friday, May 13, 2011.  This event is open to the public.
COST: $49/person when you register online in advance, $60 at the door. $45/person for tables of 8 registered online in advance.  Cost includes lunch and all Summit materials.
